Solaris 47

Providing a high performance hull shape, even in adverse weather conditions, the Solaris 47 is a natural development of the Solaris yachts that came before her. She has high stability coefficients enabling her to maintain sail area in a breeze and her hull shape reflects the successful development of hull lines already tested at sea on the Solaris 50 and 58.

Features and innovations provided to allow this high performance yacht to be comfortably sailed by two include – a recessed track for a self-tacking jib, only two winches just forward of each of the two helm positions, which are set up to control all lines, clear separation between guest and crew areas, liferaft compartment with easy access, large water tight sail locker. A great feature of the Solaris 47 is the hydraulically operated transom tender garage allowing the stowage and easy deployment of both the tender and outboard with transom then becoming an ample swim platform.

Internally, she has three cabins and two heads compartments. The ergonomics of the layout have been carefully considered in arriving at the final layout, including a practical port side L-shaped galley.

Again, with a choice of interior finishes – light oak, teak, washed and antiqued oak, the craftsmanship, attention to detail and quality throughout is as you would expect from Solaris Yachts.
