The Sunseeker Manhattan 52 is one of the most popular flybridge models available on the market today, offering an unrivalled package of luxurious three cabin accommodation, spacious deck space and a capable sea going hull.

The Sunseeker Manhattan 52, MAVIS GRACE was purchased by her experienced owner back in 2021, who has used her for local trips and cruising in the Balearic Islands. She is EU VAT paid and offered with a comprehensive specification, which includes an attractive blue hull and upgrades such as the Seakeeper 6 Gyro Stabilizer System, med spec air con, hydraulic gangway, stern winches and the hydraulic platform.

Her layout incorporates a full beam owner’s suite with large panoramic windows, allowing huge amounts of natural light. She also boasts a spacious VIP cabin forward, and additional guest cabin, which share the second guest shower compartment. The Sunseeker Manhattan 52 also offers an aft crew cabin, which has been upgraded to the same fit out as the main accommodation and with with air conditioning.

On deck, you have the option to relax in the privacy of the flybridge, which has been upgraded with the bimini top and stainless steel framework, spacious aft deck or the foredeck sun lounge area with adjustable back rests.

The AV systems and navigation equipment have also been thoroughly upgraded and include dual Simrad NSS12 evo2 plotters at both the upper and lower helms, radar, fish finder, AIS and more. She is easily managed in the marina with twin shaft drives and both proportional bow and stern thrusters.

The galley is positioned aft and perfectly placed for entertaining friends and family on the spacious aft deck, with full opening stainless doors and a dropping electric window. The galley has also been upgraded with a wine cooler, ice maker and dish washer. There is also a washer / dryer in the crew cabin.
