Berthon are delighted to offer this rare opportunity to purchase a lightly used and highly specified example of the ever-popular Sunseeker Manhattan 55.

This luxurious flybridge motor yacht, offers three spacious guest cabins, which can easily accommodate six persons, including a full beam owner’s suite with private bathroom. The owner’s suite has been upgraded with a breakfast area to starboard, with upholstered chairs and table.

The saloon is light and spacious with the well-appointed galley aft, which seamlessly flows onto the aft deck, with opening stainless doors, bar with leather stools and electric window.

The galley boasts four large fridge / freezer drawers and sizeable wine cooler with space for over thirty bottles. There is an electric hob, combination oven / microwave, dishwasher and extractor fan.

The interior has been enhanced with a combination of smoked eucalyptus, silver oak and upgraded carpets in Havana Cuban Smoke. The accommodation is fitted with venetian blinds throughout and roman blinds in the owner’s suite. The cabins have been upgraded with sprung mattresses in lieu of standard.

Her generous deck spaces includes the flybridge, foredeck sun-lounge area, and social aft deck. The deck areas have been fitted with teak and the sofas are finished in silvertex upholstery. The flybridge is fitted with both a fridge and icemaker, and the area is protected with a substantial stainless bimini sunshade.

This example has been specified with both the Beach Club and Platinum Mediterranean packages, of which notable features include tropical air con, upgraded generator, hydraulic gangway, under water lights, stern docking winches and a Beach Club area on the platform, with fold down grill and gull wing fold up shower.

The AV system has been notably upgraded and includes a Samsung 55″ Smart 4K UHD television with Apple TV in the saloon. There is also a Samsung 43″ Smart 4K UHD television in the owner’s suite with Sonos Playbar and 24″ Smart HD television in the double guest cabin. There is an iPad mini mounted on the lower helm, for control of the Sonos system, with speakers and amps fitted on both the foredeck and flybridge.

Her notable navigation equipment includes twin Simrad EVO 3 plotters fitted at both the upper and lower helms, AP44 autopilot system, performance fishfinder, RS90S VHF with DSC, NAIS-500 Class B AIS and Halo 4 Pulse Compression Open Array Radar.

This yacht is also fitted with the Sea Keeper 6 gyro-stabiliser for maximum on-board comfort and proportional thrusters, which together with the joystick docking system – make her very easy to handle in the marina.

The crew cabin fit out makes for a versatile and comfortable single cabin with dedicated shower, which can be accessed from the bathing platform. The crew cabin is air conditioned and fitted with a washer / dryer.
