TELEFONICA BLACK is now available on the market. The current owners have used her for charter work and are selling her due to a change of plans.

The yacht is well maintained and is regularly serviced. She offers a very strong platform to carry out corporate Duties, or with a modest refit, extremely competitive offshore racing.

She has had a full survey in 2021 with the rig out, rigging tested, and in 2022 a reconditioned engine was added with only 500 hours. She is ready for the next owner and has a host of spare parts.

Owner’s Comments

TELEFONICA BLACK was built for the telecommunication firm for the 2008 Volvo Ocean Race at a boat build cost of €10,000,000.

When we took over running TELEFONICA BLACK in 2019, we operated her as a charter yacht. We delivered offshore racing, ocean passages, experience days and weekends to Corinthian sailors in the UK, Med and Caribbean.

In 2022 we won IRC SuperZero, having competed with only 4 professional crew and the rest made up with paying guests.

TELEFONICA BLACK is coded to Cat Zero and carries all the safety equipment in accordance with MGN280 and “Blue Code” (Unlimited). Her cat zero coding is up for annual renewal in June 2023. She is coded for 15 pax under MCA and 21 pax under IRC.
