We are seeking a Yacht Broker, to be based in Palma de Mallorca - proficient in English, with Spanish/German language skills as a plus, and prior experience in yacht brokerage within Berthon's market segment. This full-time, permanent role involves selling brokerage yachts, focusing on vessels from 50 to 110 feet. The ideal candidate should be ambitious, collaborative, and capable of working within a team environment while also being able to independently contribute to the growth of the business. Berthon provides comprehensive support, including CRM software, marketing materials, and administrative assistance, fostering a collegial atmosphere. Reporting to Berthon UK, the successful candidate will work closely with the Managing Broker and Brokerage & Administration Support in Spain, with opportunities for career advancement within the company.
