The goal for the successful design of the Najad 355 was to create an exclusive and comfortable sailboat with excellent sailing characteristics. Like the other models in Najad’s fleet, it can be efficiently and safely handled by a small crew. The ergonomically designed and comfortable cockpit features a fixed windscreen that provides protection while also offering good visibility. The deck layout is well-thought-out, and the equipment is of top quality from bow to stern. The Najad 355 offers a fine feel at the helm and is fun to sail.
The interior is crafted with the best possible finish and fit by Najadvarvet — practical solutions combined with superb craftsmanship! A bright and spacious saloon gives you access to both a navigation station, an L-shaped galley, and a bright bathroom with a shower and wet locker. In the bow, there is a V-berth, and aft, there is a spacious double berth. Both cabins have wardrobes and ample storage space.
Najad 355, O´MERA is the one of the last 355s to leave the Najadvarvet shipyard, and we can confidently say that she is the finest on the market. Still sailing with her first owner, she recently benefitted from a comprehensive upgrade and ‘facelift’. O´MERA, in addition to a high level of equipment from the shipyard, has received a new bottom treatment, new stern and bow thrusters, of course retractable with variable speed and hold function. The companionway has been sanded down and newly varnished, making it as good as new. The winches are now electric, and both the mast and Furlex are operated with push buttons. In the cockpit, there are two new plotters from Raymarine, and the battery bank has new AGM batteries. UK Sails has delivered new X-drive sails, and there is a new solar panel on the coach roof. The yacht has also received new lightning protection.
If you are looking for a yacht in top condition with equipment far beyond the ordinary, book a viewing!
We could not help smiling when we first laid eyes on this beautiful yacht, which combines the Swedish Orust boat-building tradition with modern design. Over the years, that smile has never faded—we still feel the same joy every time we see her. O’MERA quickly picks up speed and handles reliably in rough weather, making her both fun to sail and a very secure boat. The cockpit is absolutely perfect; it’s an amazing experience to sit in one of the pushpit seats while the boat sails through open waters, watching her powerfully and efficiently cut through the waves. We have never once regretted our purchase of this beautiful, delightful, and highly practical sailing boat. We are confident that the new owner will enjoy her as much as we certainly have.
