SHINE was first launched in 2022 and built for this owner. The concept of the Swan 58 was to create a yacht which can go bluewater cruising with ease, comfort and of course speed. Her hull has of course been designed by the one and only Germán Frers she has been designed using his many years of experience and of course the Swan heritage through the years. Along with her sailing performance of course her accommodation was also very well thought through, on SHINE allowing for 4 good cabins and a good sized saloon and galley area.

She has been well proven in this ownership and she has successfully cruised the Baltic and beyond in comfort and of course enjoyment. Stunning oak interior with joinery as only Swan can. A chance to buy a truly beautiful performance cruising yacht from thepeople that know how.

Owner’s Comments

As we crashed off another wave during the Round Britain race on an IRC 46 I decided it was time for a boat that could handle any weather in more civilised fashion and yet still be enjoyable to sail. I wanted a super high quality interior and a yacht that was a joy to behold at anchor. In 2 years I have sailed from Finland to Sweden, Denmark, and Norway via the arctic circle and the Lofoten Islands. Some of it with 8 of us onboard, much of it just two. I shall never forget sailing at midnight in the Norwegian Fjords, broad daylight, 18 knots of breeze at 60AWA, twin headsails, a solid 12 knots on the clock. I have now taken delivery of a McConaghy 75 Catamaran so it’s time for SHINE to go.
