Nautor Swan 65-037 of 41 built.

Originally CHARISMA, she was constructed and equipped to a particularly high standard using the experience Nautor gained from the thirty-six previous Swan 65’s and to fulfil the original owners requirement of an ocean cruising yacht. In 1983, she took part in the European Swan Regatta in Cowes and won the “Finlandia Prix d’Elegance Trophy”. Apart from that event, she was then only used for cruising. Seeing on average two months use per year. She has not been chartered.

The vessel remained in her original ownership until the summer of 1991, when she was sold by Nautor’s Swan brokerage in Palma, to the second owners and became BERENICE. During 1991/2, many systems were overhauled and many new additions made to the inventory. The yacht continued to benefit from regular improvements and only light family cruising.

In 1995, she sold to current Spanish family ownership, and has since been ARION, with home port Alicante. At time of the sale, the yacht was British registered and qualified for VAT exempt status. She has been imported to Spain in 1996 and the extra taxes paid but accepted as VAT paid and entered in to the Spanish register on lista 7ª (private yachts). She has not been chartered during any of her ownerships.

In October 2025, the yacht was ashore briefly to have the Spanish licence renewed.
