A truly nice example of the Oyster 54, IRIDESCENT has enjoyed consistently good ownership. Having recently undergone a pit stop at Foxes in Ipswich the yacht is offered in good to go condition. She does of course boast all of the pre-requisites for bluewater cruising air-conditioning, watermaker, generator…

The rig was converted to in-mast from slab reefing in 2023 (arguably more popular on this size of yacht) with the addition of new Selden mast standing and running rigging and new main sail. A comfortable 3 cabin ocean cruising yacht the Oyster 54 is ideal for a couple or family for extended cruising large enough to offer a high degree of creature comfort and good capacities but yet easy to handle and of course maintain.

Owner’s Comments

We purchased IRIDESCENT in early 2022 with plans to cruise the Mediterranean and possibly further afield. However, as they say, life happens when you are busy making plans, and our sailing plans have been curtailed. We are the third owners; previously, the yacht has made one Atlantic crossing, cruised the western Mediterranean, and ventured as far north as the Shetland Islands, her credentials well proven. After purchasing IRIDESCENT, we undertook a significant pitstop at Foxes Ipswich. Since then, we have based the yacht on the south coast, enjoying more local and Channel cruises. Given the recent updates, IRIDESCENT is now ready for a new owner to step on board.
