When it comes to pilothouse/deck saloon yachts under 15m, your choices are limited to a small number of very good builders. Regina of Vindö Yachts was a Swedish builder founded in 1972 on the island of Orust. The yard was known for producing high-quality, semi-custom deck saloon yachts with a focus on seaworthiness, comfort, and Scandinavian design principles.

The Regina 43 is a superb yacht, offering not only a bright, airy, and beautifully crafted interior, but also immense capability for offshore and bluewater cruising.

BIMBLE has benefitted from both good ownership and a fairly intensive programme of upgrading and replacement over the last couple of years (as comprehensively detailed in the particulars). But, as they say, life gets in the way when you are busy making plans. Thus, she is now—albeit a little reluctantly—offered for sale.

Owner’s Comments

We bought BIMBLE in 2021 with a view to long-term ownership. With this in mind, we set about a comprehensive program of works to both update and improve her, bringing her routine maintenance up to date and modernising key systems. During this period, we have also cruised extensively, travelling as far north as Edinburgh and as far south as La Rochelle. Bimble is a beautifully finished, comfortable, and safe boat, capable of taking you anywhere in safety and style.

Our family circumstances have changed significantly over the past year, and we can no longer devote the time to Bimble that she deserves. Thus, we have made the reluctant decision to part with her. She is truly in “good-to-go” condition for her next guardian to enjoy.
