History of Nautor Swan 48, ASSUAGE

Launched in 1996, ASSUAGE was built with a Regatta-oriented configuration that features a deeper keel, taller carbon rig, and refined sail plan to enhance racing performance without sacrificing cruising comfort. This made her competitive in both club racing and serious offshore events from an early stage.

In her early career under her first owners, ASSUAGE was actively campaigned in European waters, including Sardinia and other Mediterranean locales, establishing a strong racing pedigree. Over successive ownerships she continued to be raced competitively and also used for extended cruising.
