August has been a particularly busy month for us all, with Berthon Spain opening a new office in Port Ginesta, Barcelona, and the whole team gearing up for the autumn boat show season (^yacht broker Sophie Kemp pictured above).
The Berthon Book 2026-2027 XXII has now landed and is available online. Its pages are packed with wonderful articles on diverse subjects, from beekeeping and the iconic Newport Bermuda Race to Poole’s Dunkirk little ships and Antoni Gaudí’s Barcelona. We visit Fort Beemster in Holland, explore lobster fishing in Sweden and so much more. We hope you enjoy reading it as much as we enjoyed putting it together. The book also features a selection of the Berthon Fleet, both brokerage and new-build.
Berthon Scandinavia kicked off the Boat Show season at Öppet Varv, hosted by the Hallberg-Rassy yard in Ellös on the island of Orust. We are now looking forward to:
The Cannes Yachting Festival returns from 9th to 14th September, bringing the world of yachting to the French Riviera. Berthon is delighted to be representing Solaris Yachts at Port Canto once again, with an impressive line-up including the Solaris 64 RS, 60, 55 and 50. Our team will be there throughout the show to welcome visitors and share the latest from Solaris Yachts.
