Finngulf started building yachts in 1981 with the view to create something that had timeless looks and classic values; not only in the way they looked but also the way the performed. There slogan has always been “100% sailing”.
True to this nature, the Finngulf 391 was the most popular model they built and was in production from 1982 all the way up to 2005, an impressive 23 years. They built 109 in this time and CLEMENCY is hull number 103. She was built in 2001 and has only recently entered brokerage captivity.

Finngulf’s are rarer to the UK market and a bit of a hidden treasure. They offer fantastic sailing with a practical layout. A large spacious saloon, two double cabins – the forepeak with split V berth and aft cabin with large double berth. Her chart table faces out to starboard with a pull out seat. A clever design in this modern age where technology has taken over and many of us spend little time at a chart table. Although she does have a secret chart draw which the current owner had made specially.

Finngulf 391 CLEMENCY was bought by her current owners in 2006, up in her slightly chillier home waters of the Baltic. She stayed up there for a year before they bit the bullet and ventured across the North Sea and back to Lymington, UK; she is now lying nearby Berthon’s HQ.
She has since been cared and cherished for while sailing the Solent and local waters, something we hope is evident in the accompanying sales video and photography. She is a solid platform for any up and coming bluewater adventure and only being sold as her owners are moving to something clockwork.
