BLUE DOG is a great example of the cleverly packaged Jeanneau NC 1095 Coupé, which, amazingly for a 34’ boat, has three cabins plus a saloon—each with its own Dometic air-conditioning system.

Powered by quiet and reliable twin Yamaha 300s, this family-oriented cruiser can reach speeds of up to 44 mph and really cover some distance. With two 106-US gallon fuel tanks, the boat can cruise about 180 miles at 25 knots.

Clever features abound. Starting aft, there is an opening coaming door into the cockpit, a sliding rear cockpit seat, a generously sized cockpit table, and a side seat with stowage space for a cooler. Sun protection is provided by a fixed bimini. Entering the inviting cabin via a sliding glass door, you’ll find the galley to starboard, equipped with a cooker, fridge, sink, and microwave. To port is a convertible dinette with a reversible backrest (forward or aft facing) and a hi/low table, providing an excellent forward view for the co-pilot.

The starboard helm seat offers all controls and electronics at hand and has a side door to the starboard deck. Overhead are two opening sunroof hatches.

On the foredeck, there’s a sunbed with adjustable backrests.

Below are three cabins: a spacious owner’s cabin forward and two guest cabins, along with an enclosed head and shower.

BLUE DOG has had one owner since new, has been shrink-wrapped during winter months, and is fully equipped with a Panda generator, air conditioning, and twin Yamaha 300s.

We have loved BLUE DOG, and she has been ideal for our family cruising and day trips. Now that I’m retired, I’m looking to move up to a slightly larger boat!
