JOY is a 2018 Lagoon SEVENTY 7, the flagship model of the renowned CNB Lagoon shipyard. Developed in collaboration with leading naval architects VPLP and celebrated designers Patrick Le Quément and Nauta Design, this exceptional yacht reflects a perfect balance of innovation, style, and performance. Since its debut in 2016, the SEVENTY 7 has achieved remarkable commercial success, setting a new benchmark for luxury sailing catamarans. Its new-generation design offers an unparalleled onboard experience, defined by expansive living spaces and beautifully integrated indoor and outdoor areas.

A breathtaking multihull, JOY delivers the best of both worlds, combining the refined luxury of a motor yacht with the authentic pleasure of sailing. With her elegant lines, wide beam, and impressive volume, she offers both stability and performance, making her ideal for everything from relaxed coastal cruising to extended bluewater adventures. Life on board JOY revolves around her exceptional exterior spaces, each designed to maximise comfort, sociability, and connection to the sea. The expansive aft cockpit features a generous dining area with ample seating, creating a welcoming setting for alfresco meals and entertaining. From here, guests have seamless access to both the flybridge above and the transom below. At water level, the impressive beach club transforms into a private oasis—perfect for swimming, launching water toys, or simply unwinding by the sea.

Forward, a tranquil cockpit offers a more secluded retreat, easily accessible from both the deck and the saloon. This shaded lounge area provides direct access to the trampoline nets, ideal for sunbathing, while offering uninterrupted panoramic views of the horizon. Above, the flybridge serves as a versatile social hub, complete with hardtop protection, sun pads, comfortable seating, and dual helm stations—ensuring both relaxation and optimal sailing control.

JOY’s accommodation is both versatile and elegantly designed, offering flexible configurations to suit a variety of group sizes. The interior décor is modern, stylish, and beautifully appointed throughout, creating a refined yet welcoming atmosphere. The yacht features a four-cabin layout comprising one master suite, two queen cabins, and one twin cabin, each with its own en suite facilities, ensuring comfort and privacy for all guests.

The magnificent master suite is a true highlight, offering a sense of space and exclusivity rarely found at sea. It includes a large en suite bathroom, a walk-in wardrobe, a dedicated desk area, and a generous private lounge. Direct access from the main saloon, as well as seamless entry to both the cockpit and the foredeck, enhances the feeling of privacy and connection to the yacht’s outdoor living areas.

The additional guest cabins are equally well-appointed, with thoughtful layouts, ample storage, and refined finishes, making them ideal for both short stays and extended cruising. Crew accommodation is discreetly arranged within the bows, with each hull featuring a two-berth cabin and private bathroom, ensuring efficient service while maintaining complete guest privacy.

Owner’s Comments

We have owned JOY since her launch in 2018 as her original owners, having commissioned her build directly with Lagoon. Over the years, she has taken us on some truly remarkable cruising adventures, including an Atlantic crossing, transit through the Panama Canal, and onward passage to French Polynesia. We then spent approximately four years exploring French Polynesia and Fiji before eventually returning to the Mediterranean.

What we have valued most about JOY is her outstanding sense of space onboard and her exceptional cruising comfort, both of which have made extended passages and full-time living aboard an absolute pleasure.

We are now selling JOY as we look to trade up to a larger vessel of a different style, allowing us to continue and expand our cruising adventures.
