The Tofinou 7 is a true classic daysailer, designed by Philippe Joubert and built in France, with exceptional attention to detail throughout. Commonly seen on the racecourse, these boats offer easy solo sailing and provide ample cockpit space for the whole family. Easily trailerable and capable of running a ground or creek crawling, the Tofinou 7 is the perfect boat for exploring new areas.

Owner’s Comments

It is with great sadness that we are selling MOMENTILLA, named after my father’s boat from 1969. My son learned to sail on her and she enabled great confidence and seamanship to be gained. Ollie won the 2022 Round the Island Modern Classics class in a Tofinou 8, aged just 17. The groundwork began on this glorious little day-sailor. The Tofinou 7 is a tough little boat and capable of handling 30knts when well reefed or perfect for gentle sailing and picnics with grandparents up the Dart.
