Oyster yachts need little by way of introduction they have led the field in the building of beautifully crafted offshore and ocean cruising yachts for decades. From their humble but pioneering beginning to the internationally recognised marque they are now. The reputation is well deserved, solidly laid up hulls innovative design married with beautifully crafted interiors.

Hull #75, ENJOY LIFE OF SALCOMBE is the last of the G5 Oyster 56’s built. Originally commissioned for a Swedish owner to a very exacting brief, his goal was obviously focused on producing a highly specified yacht that entirely met his requirement rather than budget constraints.

Currently in her second ownership, it is very apparent the yacht has enjoyed a high level of regular ongoing care and maintenance and sensible updates where required.

A good-looking yacht with her dark blue topsides and teak decks. Easily managed with her fully hydraulic rig (new standing rigging by All Spars 2025 and Reckman service). She sports the very useful 4 cabin layout and boasts a comprehensive specification that covers every bluewater prerequisite.

The yacht is currently berthed in Marina Sant Carles de la Ràpita (the berth may be available), she is fully in commission and ready for immediate duties in the Med or further afield.

Owner’s Comments

We have felt incredibly fortunate to own such a highly specified yacht. ENJOY LIFE has been a pleasure to sail, easily handled by just the two of us thanks to her cutter rig and hydraulic furling systems on all three sails.

She sails beautifully, combining exceptional performance with every comfort and luxury one could wish for, making her a true home from home wherever she takes you.

Over the past eight years, she has given us immense enjoyment and many wonderful memories. However, now that we are both in our seventies, we feel the time has come to pass her on to new owners who will cherish, care for, and enjoy her as much as we have.

We have taken great pride in maintaining ENJOY LIFE to an exceptionally high standard throughout our ownership, and we hope her next custodians will continue to appreciate everything that makes her such a special yacht.
