HOLLIE is a well-maintained, beautiful navy hulled Swan 60, suitable for worldwide cruising or regattas. Her present owner has looked after her for the last 14 years and has used her lightly during his ownership, principally in the Med.

The Swan 60 is a very beautiful yacht. Over 30 were built which indicates its popularity. HOLLIE is number 20 of the series. She has a 4-cabin layout, with owner aft, two guest cabins and a focsle / crew cabin forward. Features particular to this yacht include the aft entrance to the aft cabin and the fourth head area forward for the crew cabin. On deck she has a large centre cockpit for guests and steering cockpit aft.

HOLLIE was bought by her current European owner 14 years ago in the USA (in 2011). During his ownership he has enjoyed her and upgraded her constantly. The carbon mast and park avenue boom were new in 2014.

Owner’s Comments

HOLLIE has cruised extensively throughout the Mediterranean and Caribbean seas and undergone multiple Atlantic passages, proving to be a very reliable, seaworthy and comfortable bluewater cruising yacht.

She is configured cleverly to enable short-handed sailing, having been sailed for the past 14 years by myself and my wife only. This for us has been a key feature in our enjoyment.

When purchased in 2011 she underwent an extensive refit in Fort Lauderdale encompassing all mechanical, electrical, plumbing and sail kit upgrades. A second significant refit was conducted in 2014 by the Swan team in Scarlino, Italy, whereby all navigation, electrical, mast, rigging and watermaker etc were replaced. Since then, a fastidious maintenance program has been adhered to with all scheduled servicing undertaken, together with any ad hoc repairs and replacements as required. In addition, she had a full hull paint in 2017. HOLLIE has been wintered on the hardstand for the past 14 years, with the last 7 spent consistently at the same boatyard on Leros Island in Greece, where the service technicians know and understand her intimately.
